Paul Lepercq
Founder
(1922 – 1999)

For many years the firm Lepercq, de Neuflize & Co. Incorporated was molded and guided by its founder, Paul Lepercq. His leadership and sense of vision set a course and defined a style of business that is emulated at the firm to this day. His incisive intellect and propensity for challenging conventional thought and action left an indelible stamp upon the company that bears his name.

Paul Lepercq was innovative in his approach to finance, and it is this same creative approach that Lepercq, de Neuflize practices today in uniquely tailoring solutions to assist families and individuals in the management of significant wealth.

François Letaconnoux
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Letaconnoux is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Lepercq, de Neuflize & Co. Incorporated. He has spent his entire professional career in the field of finance and money management.

Born and educated in France, Mr. Letaconnoux joined the firm in 1974 and became a partner of Lepercq Capital Partners in 1981, where he was responsible for offshore syndications. Over the next seven years, he successfully developed the firm’s global network of international equity sources, particularly in Europe, the Middle East, South America and Japan.

In 1988, as the Managing Director of Real Estate and Special Projects, Mr. Letaconnoux oversaw a portfolio of properties with a value in excess of $1 billion. In 1995 he became President and CEO of the firm.

Mr. Letaconnoux is a member of the Boards of Directors of Pathé, NOAM USA Opportunities, Grand Marnier Foundation, Lepercq Foundation and the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
