Thomas Gallagher, a Vice President of Lepercq, de Neuflize’s Real Estate and Specialty Finance Group, has extensive public finance and management experience, particularly in the fields of budgeting, project management, procurement, and real estate development.
Prior to joining Lepercq, de Neuflize in 2002, Mr. Gallagher was Chief of Staff for the Mayor of Jersey City, NJ. During his eight-year tenure with Jersey City, he held several key positions, including Director of the Department of Housing, Economic Development and Commerce and Director of Policy and Communications. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Jersey City’s Economic Development Corporation and Municipal Port Authority.
Mr. Gallagher is a graduate of the University of Florida and has a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
